Drop Soda

If you want to detoxify, the first thing to drop is soda.  Soda slows down your ability to effectively exercise and your endurance levels anyway.  But it also creates toxic buildup as well as the buildup of excess sugars.  All these things combined don’t help.  In addition, you get unhealthy levels of caffeine in combination with things that are already unhealthy and you get the excess calories.  If you are drinking the diet drinks, you are getting artificial sweeteners, which are actually worse for you than the regular sugars, something that most wouldn’t guess or realize to say the least.  But it’s the simple truth.  However, if you simultaneously focus on healthy foods that are also cleansing such as celery, seaweed, scallops, hemp seeds, lentils, and cherries, you will achieve significantly greater benefits.  However, the first step is to drop processed sugars, a classic example being soda.  If you get rid of these elements from your diet, you will see an immediate difference.  With soda, you could easily lose more weight without changing anything else in your diet and exercise plan.  In addition, you could gain higher energy to work out so that you will lose more weight, you won’t have those particular toxins building up in your system, and you can achieve various other things.
