One of the common things associated with colon cleansing is the regularity of bowel movements and frankly diarrhea in some cases because it is all coming out.  Keep in mind, it’s also often actually black, which is unpleasant at the very least.  But you should keep something in general in mind.  It also tends to be black.  Realistically speaking, most of the time when you have diarrhea, it’s because something is wrong or something in your diet is not right, or you’re taking a fat blocker.  Take your pick of reasons why.  Even with little fat, a fat blocker seems to always give me that basic problem.  It’s interesting, a little bit gross, but interesting.  On the other hand, I’m never more regular than when I eat McDonalds on a regular basis.  I also feel weighed down, have acne, and all the other things that are opposite of what should come with a colon cleanse.  But if you were just going off of regularity, McDonalds might seem like the perfect answer.  So in short, if taking a colon cleanser, you may pee a lot, and that may mean they have quite a few diuretics.  Just look for all the signs rather than just one.
