There are some who say that a raw diet is the best thing for you. You only eat raw foods that are plants. Keep in mind, you don’t eat raw meat, that could be quite detrimental. But there are some who have laid off burger and other junk food for the most part. These people take it to a whole nother extreme, giving you the idea of cutting out all junk food all together, all meats, all processed foods, nothing but raw fruits and vegetables. There are some people who have literally been doing it for years and say their bodies are cleansed, pure, and couldn’t handle fattier foods again. It makes sense. Over years of time, your body gets used to not dealing with things like that and then it adjusts accordingly. Even when you go vegetarian for an extended period of time, if you start eating meat again, your body will naturally want to expel it, not be used to it, and not really want to deal with it. You will have to take some time to slowly implement it back into your diet if that’s what you want to do. But these people claim that their bodies are so cleansed of all processed foods and other issues that if they were to try to go back, it would literally be impossible. I would be skeptical for various reasons.
